Beginning its global expansion in Dubai, one of the most luxurious retail spaces in the world, this high-end jewelry brand born in New York needed to elevate its branding and customer experience.
The design journey
The creative strategy consisted of not just luxurious designs, but investing in details and creating an emotional user experience. Each texture and layer in the unveiling of a piece was orchestrated to create anticipation and excitement, involving and exceeding customers’ expectations.
The custom pattern using simplified diamond shapes was used on everything from Packaging to Interior Design, and when combined with the right materials and finishes it sparkled like the jewelry itself.
